Alone but not

Do you ever have those days when you wake up feeling like you're all alone in the universe but you KNOW you're not. You have friends and people you can talk to and you have lots to do and see but you still can't shake the feeling that you are completely alone and misunderstood? That no one could ever want you, no one cares?
My rational mind knows it isn't true but my emotional side tells me I'm alone and will always be. I don't like it. I feels awful.
