Is it possible to have both?
I have r/c bipolar disorder and at times I can have severe anxiety about leaving the house, and it is rare I will go out without having someone with me.
I also get very panicky when in small spaces and have panic attacks just sitting in my bedroom sometimes.
Am I insane? Is someone playing a joke at my expense? As if it isn't bad enough to have this awful disorder! Or is it just another part of my cycles? Just thought I'd ask incase anyone had an answer.
