I mean I said that underneath in my note, but they are so long I don't even know if anyone reads them. I was teasing
I make the mistake often of assuming people I've spoken too a few times will automatically know that I am kidding which is dangerous and a habit I must break ( I am serious about that )
also its frankly insensitive from someone who on the wrong day can think the telephone operator sounded a bit "cold" and take it personally.
I'm serious about that too.
Oh if you felt told off it was the last thing I meant to do. I'm so sorry, I got too comfortable. I just like reading your letters so much, always think you sound so on top of things, I slipped. badly. Gabbi-Gabbi
