Your post made my day. I am calling my therapist (again) today, so I'm doing my best to take care of myself. I have to balance fulfilling my obligations with staying away from people who are complaining that I failing miserably for a few days until I am more stable.
I don't know about you, but I always have a period of extreme emotional instability after a hypomania.
Take care yourself. I know all this discord on the board has hit you hard. And you've been wonderfully supportive to others throughout the whole thing.
