borrow, did you say Borrow?????

No borrowing, but perhaps non refundable fees. Not postage, but perhaps shipping and handling...Maybe his is a non-profit activity, tho, i dont think he has his non-profit status, and so I couldn't deduct the contributions....I don't make enough to deduct the donations anyway, so it doesn't have tax consequences.

No, no borrowing. The money I (and the self insured employer who covers me) pay the doctor, I never expect to see it again. I figure it goes to pay the rent, feed him, his spouse and kids and church, the lady at the front desk and, oh and don't forget the malpractice insurance.

Besides, if someone wanted to borrow money from me, they would have to fill out a contract and sign it in front of a notary with witnesses in addition to having a payment plan and at an interest rate as close to usery as possible. Gotta make it worth the trouble, some way, some how.
