superhero ...SUPERGOD!..to the rescue . I think on a grand unimaginable scale , we reside in the big organic machine , within a machine within a machine etc..but my theories are fluid and change on a daily basis.
i also just fell after about a week 1/2 of relative "stability". i give up on stability - tis not meant for me.

I presume you have a understanding partner who can help and gently alert you to the danger signs.
