Ugh tell me about it. You dont have to reply on work to fulfil everything to have something like this happen and screw everything up. About 5 years ago I was on a project for a couple months and everything was going fine. Then one my manager left and they re-org'd and suddenly I was reporting to the wicked witch of the west. I had to quit it was so bad. Fortunately I was able to get another job in those two weeks after notice.JohnD
