Jane, I'm now a little confused. I didn't think 5'7" was tall? I'm an inch shorter & no one's ever said I was tall. In fact, someone your height or an inch taller, looks about the same height as me - not at all tall.
Maybe the little boy said that because he's small & maybe his Mom isn't a tall person. Your weight & height combo is very normal & even average. The height to join many tall people's clubs are 5'10" for women. You don't classify as tall - I hope it doesn't bother you when I tell you that you're not really tall - just slightly above average height.
