Helloooos all,What comes first the fatigue or depression I've forgot but now insomnia is much more tolerable I'm feeling more alive. Cleaned around house and painted and laughed.
Maybe it was a dopamine surge with stopping med for a day , I'm puzzled.
Oh well I'm better and for how long I don't care.
Can't take stimulants folks I have heart arrythmias usually stimulants tire me due to my heart beating too fast and out of rhythmn (strange I know) get fatigue and anxiety.
Doc mentioned , well mumbled beta blockers-? and asked yet again if I suffered with assmah/ahsma/ashma/ashmma(sp?)
He's still rambling on about adding remeron and lowering effexor and adding depakote.
You'd think he'd sort it out by now , maybe I should sleep with him but make him put a bag on his head.
Known him long time now....we are bit matey and meds are budgeted , only one med given ,if lucky two and if dangerous to man or beast they have to prescribe whatever necessary hence waiting for me to get dangerous manic.dreamer saying thanxs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
