I really don't want to post this in the medication section, I really don't want to equate it with medication though that of course is probably the genesis for this type of thing... But lets just say that maybe medication has nothing to do w/ it, as it very well could be... It's not implausible...Sometimes of course I can (as I did last night) have a completely sleep deprived evening... Rolling around in bed, getting up, getting water, moving to the couch, I felt sick as a dog...
Of course the next day I need to get up to go into work the next day and I'm completely shot until I have two teas and two redbulls (energy drink), and a few cigarettes...
This happened for me when I ran out of xanax, but it can also happen in a half night way, waking up at 4:00am for no reason at all, even on Ambien...
Lets say that there are obvious ways to fix this by adjusting your medication, I just wondered how any people who may experience it deal with it?
