You know, I don't mind when some people want to know how things are going. They care and they want to know. The other side is like with my neighbour yesterday. He calls me when he wants a favor and then in a sort of obligatory way, asks how things are going. (He knows most of the picture with me - hard to cover for hospitalization) He does not really want to know. He does not understand, or even try to. Funny, his first wife suffered from depression and eventually took her own life. He told me it was hell to live with her. Trips to the hospital etc. I imagine it was hell to live with him. I'd like to say he means well but lacks the understanding to know what to do. But i think he regards depression as a weakness, that he is too strong to succumb to.Good luck with the relatives. Otherwise enjoy the week off.
