I think they're talking about using the Chat board. You use their e-mail, right? That works fine. For chat, it's really unpredictable, works one night, doesn't the next. We're looking at other sites where we might chat more reliably whenever we want to. If it were open 24/7, we assorted insomniacs, hypomaniacs, suicidals, borderline, cutters, etc., could get some real-time talk or advice or whatever.For example: "Take a xanax and get to bed, it's 3:00 am." or: "Get thee a Depakote prescription." "Don't jump!" "You have to get some more skills in anger management..."
Doesn't seem too much to ask for 24/7 reliability. Check the thread above for more trashing of Yahoo. It's fun. (try it)
