I agree with you that there are some pretty sorry excuses of doctors out there -- and people should follow-up and complain. Though I am not a good example. After my trouble with my general practioner, I never got around to complaining to the state licensing board. To tired, to overwhelmed with all that had happened to do so.
My hope in life is that everyone will not settle for less than the best -- we should not have to.
