Hi Kristi,
Just wondering how you're doing on the smoking (or lack thereof)? I'm going trying the phase out thing...I've switched to ultra-lights and then I'm going to start tapering down a few every week and see if I can quit. Cold turkey id definitely not my thing. I started riding bikes with my son over the weekend and jeezus was I out of breath by the time I was done...
