Try taking this survey. It will give you a good starting point when you go to see your doctor because you have many of the classic signs of depression.

It's just a start - it's not the end of anything but you may be able to see yourself in some of the questions and decide to get help. There is help available. There are a lot of people who used to post here that don't anymore because they have gotten better.

I hear all these stories from people on board who say they suffer from mental illness but they have all these great jobs, a mate. Me, I have nothing.
