Hi PC,
I promise to never throw sh*t your way. Glad that your meditation is working, my T and Dr. Clueless have suggested it many times, but I can't slow down those negative thoughts long enough. I know, start a few minutes at a time.
Why Bob doesn't just change the admin board to the accusation and offend board I don't know. I never feel safe here anymore...
