Whether you can be forced to go or not would depend on your age and the law where you live. If where you live, you are considered an adult for the purposes of making healthcare decisions, you generally can't be forced to go to hospital without it going to the court. You may not have to be 18 to be considered capable of making your own healthcare decisions. In some countries/areas the cut off age is 16.

You say you need your parents. If you are talking about this from a financial perspective, be mindful that they could cease supporting you financially if you do not follow their wishes and are over the age at which not supporting you would be considered neglect.

Even if you have no choice about whether you are admitted, you may be able to negotiate with your parents about where you are admitted. Perhaps do some research and see if there is a hospital where you would rather go if you have no choice about the matter.

Finally, you could perhaps be open with your doctor about the ways in which your family is disfunctional and how you feel like they are pinning their problems on you. It is possible that you won't be believed, that they will consider this to be your "illness" talking (been there, done that, have PTSD from the experience). But there's a chance that they may believe and help you, like other doctors did for me later down the line.

I hope this helps.
