Pasta perhaps. I've actually sort of lost my taste for potatoes, so maybe they aren't such a loss. I'm not sure how my family would feel about cutting back on pasta. My personal downfall is bread though.

I think the really depressing part is that I had expected them to go down. I had become aware of the relationship between carbs and those involuntary naps not caused by distress. My husband agrees that I've been much more careful than I ever have not to overdo the carbs. Except maybe for Christmas day and the yorkshire pudding.

So for it to have gone up 25% or so since my last quarterly readings, when I've cut down on carbs and have practically stopped sugars altogether is pretty depressing.
