alone, could be a trigger

I am going through major crisis and feeling so alone. Wanted to share my pain with you guys. My session with my T is only next friday and the only time I called her when I felt really bad she was cold and distant so there is no way I will call her. She doesnt reply to emails so thats not an option. I feel so helpless, like a kid and I have noone to go to. Isnt she supposed to be there for me in times like these? I feel so bad, I cant cry but I am dying inside
