I work for such a small place that a leave would be as bad as quitting for them. I've done the same thing for well over twenty years, and I'm the only one who really understands what I'm doing.

A friend of mine works for the same sort of place as I do, and she was fielding calls in the labor room.

It has advantages and disadvantages.
