She definitely took it seriously and I'll just have to trust that she will follow up. It would feel awkward to ask her for a name, but maybe she'll volunteer one.
I was a little surprised that she hadn't thought of this herself -- I've had my list of contacts for years and three different people have the list. It has specific instructions about what to tell whom and how to handle my mother. I guess I'm too much of a control freak to leave all that to chance.
I hope, when it comes down to it, that your T will take this seriously. Keep bringing it up.
