Maybe it's me taking good care of myself by not putting pressure on myself.I know what that's like, and I think it was smart and proper to say what you needed to in order to avoid this becoming just one more emotional burden (however trivial it may sound). I try to discipline myself against making too many commitments that I carry around in my head and torture myself about not keeping, even long after the people I have supposedly let down have forgotten all about it. I need to try harder to avoid that, and I applaud your recognizing that about yourself!
