sorry for the repeat of this deja vu attack topic from me, but they are just so weird...
I have been exhausted, I am prementrual, sleep deprived, crying off and on...so yesterday I get another one of those super deja vu attacks, everything done and seen before with anxiety and a fear of blacking out, which ended with a little headache. I was at work, but thankfully by myself in the ladies room at the time...felt a bit foggy a while after that
then again today, no headache, but everything starts to feel weird again, deja vu, and things just don't seem real
they don't last long, maybe a minute?
my brain is short circuiting
I took my meds, and I am going to bed!!anyone else get these lovely things?
