another one of those deja vu episodes....

those things are so freaking weird!
so, I am driving down the highway and it starts to hit....
intense deja vu with feelings of extreme fear (not a panic attack)and I am thinking
I can't drive like this...I can't drive like this
and I think I have to pull over, and the signs (the highway signs)..all the signs I've seen before and all of this I have felt before because I am having deja vu. I was worried it was going to last, or get worse.
thankfully the whole thing only lasted about a half a minute or so. I started shaking my hand, as if I could "shake it off".
I used to have similar episodes, usually worse with more weird stuff. no headache this time, just a "weird" feeling in my head.
This is nothing really, but I called my pdoc and left him a message. I figured I want attention right now anyway.
Anyone else want to talk about deja vu?
