I really need advice about a T experience.

Posted by Looney Tunes on July 22, 2008, at 9:30:26

So, I am looking for New T's, because my last one did not fit. He was yelling at me, constantly bickering, and simply I feel was not available enough for me. (Recall previous posts)

So, I got a recommendation and I went to New T. Turns out that Old T consulted New T, WITHOUT my permission, about "how to handle me."

So now, New T knows every bad and annoying thing I did (borderline sh*t, fear of abandonment, quitting therapy, etc).
Plus New T wanted Old T records and because I was upset I signed the form.

Don't get me wrong, I do not deny I am a difficult client, but now there is bias in the relationship, because New T can see all the notes, etc about me. And so I am starting out already as the "bad client."

All my life I have been a "bad kid," and now I am a "bad client." I just wanted a clean slate. I don't lie about my behaviors, but it is SOOOO much different coming from me than another T.

Any advice?
