I have full recollection of what happens during our sessions (I think).

The first part of the session we do talk therapy, and then we end the session with hypnosis. There's no debriefing after the hypnosis.

Under hypnosis, she had me regress to the moment of my birth. Note that I was delivered using a cesarean section and with general anesthesia. The conversation went something like this:-

T: How do you feel?
J: Excited.
J: Wait... I also feel... angry...
T: Why?
J: Because I'm not ready to be born yet.
T: What do you see?
J: I see gloved hands pulling me from my mother's womb.
T: How do you feel?
J: I feel anxious and scared.
T: Why?
J: Because they're taking me away from my mother.
T: What's happening now?
J: I'm lying alone in an infant bed in hospital.
T: How do you feel?

At this stage I began crying and couldn't answer her. She asked me another few times how I felt, but I couldn't speak. I wanted to tell her "I don't know how to describe my feelings" but somehow I couldn't get the words out. After the session I kept crying. I'm a twenty-six year old guy; it was embarrassing.

This was about five days ago. Since then, I've felt profoundly sad.

I'm not sure whether these are actual memories or merely confabulations, and I don't know what the therapeutic benefit of all this is supposed to be.
