It is rather unusual for a therapist to suggest a switch of doctors. My therapist has supported my own wish to switch pdocs at times, and has given me names on occasion. But he'd never make that recommendation to me.
That being said, I don't see a whole lot of practical benefit in blaming her, or saying much more than that you think you are going to switch back to the old one. Not unless you're feeling really comfortable in the relationship.
But didn't I see on the meds board that you weren't seeing your therapist any more? Forgive me if I misunderstood.
