Wow, some good insightful posts LL.
I gonna read this one a coupla times, bout what you working on.
I have trouble hearing good things too.
Everyonce in awhile my T will lay a BARRAGE of niceys on me, I hear one or two now, then I just don't hear and usu make a gag me face at T, and then we laugh.
I think alot of people struggle to hear niceys.
I do better now.
If I am feeling better about myself its definately much easier to hear.
If I am not doing so well, or mad at myself I cannot hear anything nicey.
Part of what I do if T says nice thing, is I take the time to think bout what she said at the time, and if I remember I ruminate over it later. I pick it apart and see if maybe it IS true what she said. Then sometimes I can say, hmmm, ok, maybe I DID do ok.............I guess...(LOL!)
Manoman LL, you done AMAZING.
I hope you can give yourself SOME credit, cuz you ARE pretty amazing to me. AND this is TRUTH!
