I have found certain music triggers me to switch. the last time which was a few days ago it was weird because for the first time with this one I was allowed to stay. I felt the switch but couldn't talk to her. She is a dangerous one that one and it is only certain music that she responds too. Some music I use to soothe me. I am finding certain movies a triggers too but lately lots of things are triggers.....sigh.....rk
