It is hard to give you any sort of an answer as it is different for different people--how long to know if there is progress. One just knows. Your post does not seem to say much about what specifically you said and felt was not addressed. What I get from this post is similar to your last post, and that is that you just don't like your therapist. So, I am wondering what is it you really want to do?? If you don't want to work with this person, then how come you stay with her? And, if you want to work with her, then she is the one you should be asking these questions of.

I don't see how I or anyone can really answer your questions. People can offer support and suggestions, but no one can really tell you what to do, or at least they shouldn't. That is for you to decide in the end.
