I called for this woman who does EMDR and is a T, but she is out for vacation, so I asked the secretary if they had anyone else who does EMDR. She game me his name, and I asked if he was available , and she said yes! I actually got to talk to him! ;-) He is an old guy, been doing therapy for over 40 years . He does a mixture of of kinds of therapy cogititive, behavioral, ret, and and most to me he does EMDR also.
He sounded like such an neat old guy who had a neat sense of humor. Well he told me he is on vacation next week, so his schedule is more full than ever before. But then he said, well I gotta have a break once in awhile! LOL So, he asked if I wanted to be transferred to his secretary, and I said yes! Well it turns out he had a cancellation tomorrow at 11! so I am going! I hope he can help me even though I fired my T only yesterday.
I think I need to move on. I don't trust my old T. I am grateful for all he has helped me with, but now I need someone else.
