That would seem weird to me if my therapist reclined. I want him to look attentive even if he could be attentive reclined. It would seem not so. And, there is no way I could recline back. I might do it as a joke and then sit up again right away.
What I am noticing is that like my therapist, many seem to have the big brown stuffed leather chairs and couches. I have to get a pillow off the couch to put behind my mid back when I sit in the chair. I wonder what it would be like to sit on the couch. But then I would have to turn my head sideways to look at him rather than to look just straight ahead from the other chair.
