Yeah, I stuff too. But much less so. I took training years ago in how to ID emotions. That certain emotions tend to give different body sensations, eg, butterflies in stomach...And they had face cartoons with different expressions to ID. They did videos too of people, but NO WAY would I do that. Plus knowing my 'people' makes it possible to tease out a specific emotion and ID it now, cuz it was just confusion before, I had no clue where even to begin cuz it was all so mixed up.
So I DO have some emots now. I CAN truly laugh, REAL laughter. I get cautiously angry etc. I do not however cry. For some reason that is taboo to this body. I HAVE cried, but not just for myownself, but because of a death of a loved one.
It IS good to have emotions. I still do go thru times where I stuff alot, and it does suck.
