it's not the board. i was upset in chat. i trigger easy sometimes. it's my fault. i should stay away when i am in a bad space.
i freaked out.
it's not anyone else's fault here that things have happened to me. it's not anyone's fault i am having problems cycling again. The nightmares are not anyone else's fault.
it's me. i figure in a past life i was some nasty-a$$ person or something.
i'm doing better so far today, but the day is young.. how's that for optimism? :o
