Hi, HoneyBunny, you know I won't tell you you're anything negative, let alone f----d up. Right?

And you know I'm so smart I know everything, right? (If you don't, just ask me -- I'll tell you.)

So, what I'll offer, instead of excrement, is something more like what you deserve -- I'm sorry you're feeling so wretched right now. I know you know it will pass, and that you'll feel a bit better again. You know what? It really will pass, and you really will feel better again. I'm just sorry you've got to spend this time in FeelBadLand.

You're pretty dang impressive, though, right now. You're hurting, you're spinning around, AND YOU'RE DOING THINGS TO COPE. You are taking care of yourself. That's pretty impressive, don't you think? (You know I'm not mistaken about this, right?)

Seroquel can be an amazing tool for taking care of oneself at times. I think you're thinking this might be one of those times for you. Can you take it? Wouldn't it be good to give yourself a little relief from how rotten you're feeling? What's wrong with taking the Seroquel, and feeling that relief for a while? I think it would be a good way to take care of yourself even better, another way to help you cope. I think your T would be mighty impressed by how well you managed to take care of yourself while you were alone, and I think you'd be pretty impressed with yourself, too.

Peace, my friend. I wish you much peace.
