> I'm doing OK in therapy... end of last session I played a song on my laptop, which was hard. I hid my face. But it was a good, safe-feeling situation. Nothing too deep going on, I think, but I've never had a real therapy horror story!

***** I kind of know the feeling. The first time I read a poem in therapy I could barely speak loud enough so he could hear. And the first time I told him I liked him I flinched and tried to cover my head. So I understand that feeling. I think it comes when we're being vulnerable. And it's so good when it turns out it was safe to be vulnerable.
