Muff, what you said makes alot of sense to me. The part of the "pit" that I never fully remember once it's past, is how precarious the situation was when I was there. I foget how truly close I've come to the edge. Last time was about 13 months ago, and I'm slipping back down right now. Crying my own tears, over my own pain and thoughts and events -- instead of cause of, or for, someone else. It's overwhelming. The part I hate the most is being able to sense when the back-sliding starts -- so scary. Like sense it apart from regular downturn. Like sad plus doom, or something. It was nice to read your caring words for everyone :') I'm glad you're in a good place.
