I don't suppose I tell him everything. But I try to tell him anything I'm aware of not wanting to tell him. :)
My therapist is not great at wise interpretations or anything. So even if I tell him something, I usually have to figure it out myself. But sometimes the give and take of a conversation, or even having to try to explain the same things in different ways so he'll understand, helps me figure out things myself.
