That is just the awnser i have been looking for, i need a psychologist badly. I have a psychiatrist, but thats not really the awnser to my problems, what i need to really start doing is practicing but when i practice i mess up. Stick my head in the toilet....

Yes that is very true, you really do know my behavior.

Well here it is since i was i kid i had problems relating to people. I didnt get that "dopamine" release when you talk, and get stimulation. I have taken supplements like l-tyrosine which increase dopamine, and did make me more social but more miserable, i had a headache, felt like vomiting. I took waay too much.

I am 19 yea, but still racer in high school i never talked, i mean can you imagine that? me not talking, well ididnt know how to relate, that stunted me. I need to work on this.

Thank you for the post.

Matt
