Hi fw.

Definitely talk to your pdoc about your thoughts, Zoloft and other SSRIs have been known to cause or intensify disturbing thoughts. They can be great for some people, but for other people they can be a nightmare. I was on Paxil myself and it did not agree with me at all, I thought all kinds of bizarre things and couldn't tell what was real and not real.

Even if it isn't the medication that's causing the new thoughts, I still think it'd be very important to talk to your pdoc about. Since the thoughts are so scary, being able to tell your pdoc and possibly be put on a new med that would eliminate those thoughts, would be well worth it. Hope you feel better soon.
