*** yep it was a pretty cruddy one, i have tried to explain that there were quite alot of my own issues tied up in what I wrote (eg if someone said 'take this' and you won't feel the intense pain and anger etc etc I would at least give it a go)but I guess all they can see is my tactlessness has given them even more grief.
