I have always found it incredibly hard to accept when I find that people don't apologize, even when they know what they did is wrong.
How come people don't apologize if they hurt you or do something wrong to you?
I have been wondering how my dad never really apologized to me - he talks about being self-critical, being truthful, doing good to others etc etc - all big talks, but never really apologized for the hurt he caused me - not an honest and sincere apology. I don't hold it against him, but every now and then it really irritates me.
How can a person not apologize? Or offer some explanation? Or make efforts to make things better when they know they are the ones who made it worse in the first place?
It is something that I have been wondering for quite a long time, and how, persons who talk of all this big grand things, when it comes to their personal behavior fall so short.
