Aw Susan, you sound really mixed up.It sounds so hard. I'm glad your able to talk about it some and maybe that will help clarify it for you. I think a T would be good to bounce ideas off of. I have a female T and she is nice. And maybe some meds to cool things down a bit quicker and help you think. If you already on meds, you might need a change. I just restarted on some meds and its really helped me alot. I was getting really screwed up, but now I calmer. So meds have their place. If you want to babble mail me feel free.
