Hi Ghost,
I denied it in therapy for years. After I finally talked about it (a little) I said I don't want to talk about it again. T won't bring it up. I have to tell her I am ready to talk.
I think posting it does help. It doesn't matter how long you were abused or how you were. What matters is not blaming yourself for it. That's where I am stuck in my negative rut.
I am sorry for what happened to you. Sorry for what happened to anybody at any age.
If Ghost's exgf is lurking here. Go away. We need Ghost and she doesn't need you!
