I think our need to share so many details come from us wanting us to "get it right". I want the reader to understand where I am coming from, and understand the exchange between me and my T, the right flavor.
I'm sorry it's so hard for you right now. It sounds like it was still a tough session. It's doubly hard when you get back to back to back tough ones. Great progress must be right around the bend, don't ya think?
