Absolutely. Without a doubt.

But I also find it can be wonderful, affirming, warm and just - amazing.....and those times make the first kind of times worth getting through.

But I wouldn't say it's bad for your health. Not mine, anyway. My mental health is much, much better with therapy than without. I've found that, though I probably used to think so, I will not die from being unnerved or uncomfortable.

In fact, I might just end up growing and *really* living.

Are you feeling especially unnerved and uncomfortable lately? What's up?
