Thank you, Fairywings.

The book is very good- the author does have an amazing understanding- i was reading about 'splitting being a violent affair'- it's so true. Our parts are terrorized on the inside by the stronger part that no one else sees, except T usually.

i'd like to give the book to my T if he doesn't have it.

At first in the process of therapy i had more hope but now i think we have the same limitations that that author talks about- we reach a plateau where we can't depend upon T or give control over to him enough to help us. It's an inside thing- not a changeable thing. It's not a decision that 'i' can make. It's made by my part(s).

It's locked up inside to prevent successful therapy.
Yes- that's just how it is.

i wonder if that Dr sees patients.
