Seems like you've been given some exceelent advice from other posters. I hope you are ok. Keep posting if you can. I have said prayers for you. Can you pray to a higher power? Sometimes it helps. If I'm totally freaking I usuu. just say 'your will be done', and oftentimes some peace will come. Hang in there a moment at a time. Take care.
