I do think there are nice people everywhere. But you say this guy was poor, well could it be if you turned the accidedent into the insurance company , he would lose his liscense if he didn't carry insurance. He might of called to make sure you weren't going to do that. I guess he could just be a nice guy, but it sounds suspicious to me.
