> I am going through the blues if thats what you call it. Of course this is my 1st month of not taking sarafem (prozac) for my PMS. I only take it 2 weeks before my period. Well since I am not suffering from PTSD, my doctor said I could try not using it. Well, fine, until my life has been turned upside down this week, now I am grouch, and I want to hide under the covers and not talk to anyone or I will yell at them.

Can you go back on it? Sounds like it was helping.

I am up and down, don't want to go, need to go, my emotions are all over the place. But by the time I am driving there, I am much more calmer. I think what you are feeling is natural, Jazzy. :) ( at least that part of you is normal, lol)

No, I don't think it was the appt. that got me down. I'd guess that it was having my husband and toddler back, and that I hadn't gotten enough exercise while they were gone. I feel depressed when I don't get enough exercise, which as you know for me takes a LOT of exercise.

My T told me tonight to just go with it. If I'm not up and down all the time, to just accept that I'm feeling a little down, and know that it will pass. I feel yucky. I hate to feel like this, esp. when there's no obvious reason.

Jazzy
